A girl child is not welcomed with open heart and has to face discrimination, gender inequality and humiliation throughout her life. These problem costs girl child her education and growth opportunities. People are forgetting that girl child is equipollent paramount for the upliftment of society, community and maintaining social equilibrium.
In a country like India which comes second in terms of population ecumenical if a girl child will face discrimination and gender inequality then they are bound to undergo noetic despondence. Due to these issues girls are forced to give up school at a very early age and indulge into child marriage which is astronomically immense issue.

In this modern era still India is home of largest population of illiterate adults in world – 287 million, amounting to 37% of the ecumenical total. 47.78 % out of school children are girls. In the next census they will be calculated as illiterate women, which would then have a ripple effect on the education of their children. India is ranked 123rd out of 135 countries in female literacy rate. Doleful authenticity is that 92% Government Schools are yet to plenary implement the RTE (Right to Inculcation) Act. India is ranked 123rd out of 135 countries in female literacy rate. These above mentioned facts and figure is the authentic picture of modern era but good part is that after independence India’s literacy rate has incremented six times since the Independence of the British rule — from 12% to 74% in 2011, yet, India has the world’s largest population of illiterates.

Gender Inequality
In India when we talk about gender inequality the picture is different for a boy child and a girl child. When a boy child is born then his birth calls for a celebration whereas when a girl child is born the there is no point of celebration. People have a mental image created of a girl child that she doesn’t bring enough fortuity and glory to the family. From her birth girl child faces discrimination and not given equal importance and respect in the society as the boy child gets. Immense love for a boy child have made people blind and in some cases people didn’t even give a chance to girl child to witness the world with her eyes and kill her before or after her birth. This discrimination continues in every sector today and the sex ratio of India says it all as there is only 943 female for that of 1000 males as per census 2011.
The world is changing rapidly but the mind of many people is still stuck in the past where they think girl is always behind boys in every field but they need to bang their head to come out of their dream and see the present where girl is proving themselves in every field possible and they are better than boys in many fields. We are so lucky that we are witnessing great talents from women’s and girls’ around the world.
In India somewhere between the drama of majority and minority community the girls from different tribal community didn’t get opportunity to showcase their hidden talent to the world and hence their talent didn’t gets apperception and gets wasted. This gives people a chance to perpetuate their discrimination and ascendance over these tribal girls and their communities. It’s a small diminutive process initiated by Adi Global Tribal Foundation Charitable Trust to change the mindset of the people who cerebrates that boys only bring glory to their family, remove unnecessary barrier of majority and minority and transform the nation.
